Chilling your drink down doesn't mean you have to water down. Use frozen watermelon as ice cubes for a fun, fresh way to cool down. This way when your favorite mojito is gone, you'll still have some watermelon to snack on!

Ingredients

small watermelon, cubed
- 1/2 cup
packed mint leaves, plus more for garnish
- 1 Tbsp.
granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup
lime juice
- 1 cup
rum
- 1
(12-oz.) can seltzer
Lime slices, for garnish
Directions
- Step 1Place watermelon cubes on a small baking sheet and freeze until completely frozen, at least 1 hour.
- Step 2In 4 glasses, divide mint, sugar, and lime juice. Using the bottom of a wooden spoon, muddle mint.
- Step 3 Add frozen watermelon as ice cubes, then pour in rum and top off with seltzer. Garnish with lime wedges and mint to serve.
