Few desserts say summer like strawberry shortcake. This grilled version gets upgraded with the s'mores treatment: toasty marshmallows and gooey melted chocolate. It may not be traditional, but it's freakin' delicious. (PS: word to the wise, make sure your fire isn't too hot or else you'll lose your marshmallows!)
