Nothing brings people together like a good campfire. And when people are gathered, a good dip is mandatory. We can't get enough of this buffalo beer cheese dip. It's just a little spicy and exceptionally creamy and one of our favorite camping recipes.

Ingredients
- 2
(8-oz.) block cream cheese
- 3 cups
shredded Cheddar
- 1 cup
beer, such as an IPA
- 1/2 cup
buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup
ranch
- 2 Tbsp.
freshly chopped chives
- 1/4 cup
blue cheese crumbles
Sliced baguette, for serving
Carrots, for serving
Celery, for serving
Directions
- Step 1In a large cast-iron skillet, combine cheddar, cream cheese, beer, buffalo sauce, ranch, and chives.
- Step 2Cook over a campfire until cheese is melty, 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Step 3Top with blue cheese crumbles and serve with baguette, carrots, and celery.
