A Long Island Iced Tea is a party favorite cocktail: it's classic, simple to make, and as boozy as they come. To shake up your next party, we transformed this strong cocktail into Jell-O shots to share with all your friends. Lemon wedges provide the base, filled with Coca-Cola, triple sec, vodka, tequila, gin, and rum-based Jell-O shots (see: we told you they're boozy). They're the perfect addition to any summer potluck or BBQ, but beware: these babies are not for the faint of heart.
Looking for a simpler version? Our rum and coke Jell-O shots are another perfect option.

Ingredients
- 6
lemons
- 1
(12-oz.) can Coca-Cola
- 1
package gelatin
- 2 oz.
triple sec
- 1 oz.
vodka
- 1 oz.
tequila
- 1 oz.
gin

Directions
- Step 1Slice lemons in half lengthwise. Juice lemons until you get 2 tablespoons juice. Hollow out both the juiced rinds and the remaining lemons, then place on a rimmed baking sheet and set aside.
- Step 2In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, heat Coca-Cola until it comes to a boil. Remove from heat and sprinkle over gelatin, then whisk until completely dissolved.
- Step 3Add lemon juice and remaining ingredients, whisking to combine; transfer to a large measuring cup. Pour mixture into hollowed-out lemons and refrigerate until set, about 1 hour. Slice the lemons in half again and serve.
