Chickpeas get super-crispy in the oven and make the perfect, addictive snack. So much better than snacking on a bag of chips! Make sure your chickpeas are dry before going in the oven and they'll also crisp as they cool!

Ingredients

(15-oz.) cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup
extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp.
ranch seasoning
Directions
FOR OVEN:
- Step 1Preheat oven to 400°F and drychickpeas very well with paper towels.Spread out chickpeas on a large bakingsheet in an even layer. Bake until goldenand crisp, 30 minutes.
- Step 2Carefully transfer hot chickpeas toa large bowl. Using a spatula, tosschickpeas with oil and ranch seasoning.Spread out again on the baking sheetand bake for 5 minutes more.
- Step 3Let chickpeas cool on the baking sheet.
FOR AIR FRYER:
- Step 1Dry chickpeas very well with paper towels. In a large bowl, toss chickpeas with oil and seasoning.
- Step 2Cook at 390° until golden and crisp, about 15 minutes.
