Dole Whips are a cult favorite, there's no denying that. To get through the summer heat, we turned them into a frozen BOOZY treat! You can, of course, skip the booze to make these kid-friendly. They are so much better as frozen pops!

Ingredients
- 4 cups
frozen pineapple
- 3/4 cup
coconut milk
- 1/2 cup
coconut rum
- 1/4 cup
sweetened condensed milk
- 15
(3-oz.) Dixie cups
Toasted shredded coconut
- 15
popsicle sticks
Directions
- Step 1Blend frozen pineapple, coconut milk, rum, and sweetened condensed milk in a blender until smooth.
- Step 2Pour into Dixie cups and top with toasted coconut, then place a popsicle stick in the center of each cup. Freeze until solid, at least 5 hours.
- Step 3When ready to serve, cut open Dixie cup with scissors and peel them away from the pops.
