We love a good boozy popsicle and Long Island iced teas make the best ones. They are the perfect cooldown on a hot summer day. Be sure to let these freeze for several hours or they'll turn slushy pretty fast! The Dixie cup hack is our favorite because there's no risk of the popsicle not coming out of the mold.
