Caramel Snickerdoodle Martini

If you can’t get enough of snickerdoodle cookies during the holiday season, allow us to introduce you to your new favorite winter cocktail: caramel snickerdoodle martinis. With heavy cream, caramel vodka, and a caramel-cinnamon sugar rim, this is the dessert cocktail that was made to be sipped after Christmas dinner. It’s rich, creamy, and full of the same spiced, sweet flavors as the beloved cookie—what more could you want?
We topped our martinis with whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a cinnamon sugar-caramel rim, but you can get creative here. Add on another drizzle of caramel, or even a cookie garnish (like we did with our sugar cookie martinis).

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup
caramel, warmed
- 2 Tbsp.
cinnamon sugar
- 1 cup
heavy cream
- 2 oz.
Pinch of ground cinnamon
Ice
Whipped cream, for garnish
Cinnamon sticks, for garnish
Directions
- Step 1Place caramel on a plate and cinnamon sugar on another. Dip rims of martini glasses in caramel, then in cinnamon sugar.
- Step 2In a cocktail shaker, add heavy cream, Smirnoff Kissed Caramel, and cinnamon. Add ice and shake until cold. Pour into glasses and top each one with whipped cream and a cinnamon stick. Garnish with more cinnamon.
