These "energy balls" are exactly what they sound like: Perfect little bites of energy that will help you curb cravings for something sweet when you really need something. Made with oats, coconut, almond butter, and pumpkin puree, they're totally healthy and satisfying.

Ingredients
- 1 cup
old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup
unsweetened coconut flakes or shavings
- 1/2 cup
unsweetened almond butter, warmed
- 1/3 cup
unsweetened pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup
golden raisins
- 2 Tbsp.
maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp.
chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp.
pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp.
pumpkin pie spice
Directions
- Step 1In a large bowl, mix together oats, coconut, almond butter, pumpkin puree, raisins, maple syrup, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, and pumpkin pie spice until combined.
- Step 2Using your hands, form mixture into 2” balls. Transfer to a plate or small baking sheet.
- Step 3Refrigerate balls until set, 20 to 30 minutes.
- Step 4Store in the fridge in an airtight container until ready to eat.
