Ingredients
- 1/4 cup
dark chocolate chips, melted, plus more chips for garnish
- 2
ripe avocados
- 2 Tbsp.
raw unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup
non-dairy milk (chocolate or vanilla)
- 1 Tbsp.
maple syrup
- 1 tsp.
pure vanilla extract
Pinch sea salt
Directions
- Step 1In a food processor or blender, blend melted chocolate, avocados, cocoa powder, non-dairy milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until smooth, about 45 seconds.
- Step 2Divide mixture among four jars or containers and top with more chocolate chips or dark chocolate shavings.
- Step 3Store in the fridge until ready to eat.
