Peanut Butter Marshmallow Squares put all other bars to shame. A simple mixture of peanut butter and butterscotch chips makes these the most addicting treats. If you can't find the colorful marshmallows, regular ones work just as great!

Ingredients
Cooking spray
- 2 cups
butterscotch chips
- 1 cup
peanut butter
- 4 Tbsp.
butter
- 1/2 tsp.
pure vanilla extract
Pinch kosher salt
- 1
(10-oz.) bag rainbow marshmallows
Directions
- Step 1Grease a 8”-x-8” baking pan with cooking spray. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butterscotch chips, and peanut butter together. Turn off heat then stir in vanilla and a pinch of salt. Let cool to room temperature.
- Step 2Stir in marshmallows then pour into prepared pan. Refrigerate until set, 2 hours.
