Ingredients

frozen Sister Schubert's® Dinner Yeast Rolls
Melted unsalted butter, for brushing rolls
- 1/4 cup
mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp.
chopped cilantro
- 3/4 tsp.
chipotle in adobo sauce
- 1/4 tsp.
sweet paprika
8 to 12 thin slices cooked turkey breast
- 1/2 cup
leftover stuffing
- 1/2 cup
leftover cooked green beans, sliced in half if whole
- 1/2 cup
leftover whole cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup
leftover roasted sweet potato or squash, cubed if in wedges
Directions
- Step 1Preheat the oven to 350° with a rack in the middle. Arrange rolls on a rimmed baking sheet and brush lightly with butter. Bake until golden, about 10 minutes. Let cool.
- Step 2Meanwhile, combine the mayonnaise with the chipotle, cilantro, and paprika.
- Step 3Using a serrated knife, slice off the top third off each roll. Spread the chipotle mayonnaise on cut sides of the rolls.
- Step 4Fill with the turkey, stuffing, green beans, cranberry, and sweet potato. Close the sandwich and serve.
