Ingredients
Sauce
- 1 cup mint leaves
- 1 cup cilantro leaves and stems
- 3 jalapeños
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. ground fennel
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
Pasta
- 12 oz. gemelli or other noodles
- 1 lb. shelled cooked medium shrimp
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta
Directions
- Step 1In a food processor, combine all the sauce ingredients and pulse until a sauce forms. Toss with the hot pasta and shrimp and serve topped with the feta.
