Ingredients
- 5 cups
frozen pineapple
- 3/4 cup
coconut milk
- 1/2 cup
coconut rum
- 1/4 cup
sweetened condensed milk
Pineapple slices, for garnish
Maraschino cherries, for garnish
Directions
- Step 1Blend frozen pineapple, coconut milk, rum, and sweetened condensed milk in a blender.
- Step 2Pour into a ziplock bag and snip off a corner with scissors. Pipe into glasses and garnish each with pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
