Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp.
granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp.
kosher salt
Lime wedges, for rimming
- 1 1/2 cups
grapefruit juice
- 1/4 cup
lime juice
- 1/4 cup
tequila
- 1
bottle champagne or prosecco
Directions
- Step 1On a small shallow dish, stir together sugar and salt. Wet the rim of each champagne flute with a lime wedge and dip in mixture.
- Step 2In a large pitcher, combine grapefruit juice, lime juice, and tequila. Divide evenly among glasses and top with champagne.
- Step 3Garnish with lime wedges and serve.
