We love Kit Kats more than we probably should — how could you not?! We like to think the crispy wafer texture is served best when stuffed inside cheesecake.

Ingredients
- 1
box brownie mix, plus ingredients called for on box
- 5
packages Kit Kat bars, broken into individual wafers
- 2
(8-oz.) blocks cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup
granulated sugar
- 2
large eggs
- 2 Tbsp.
sour cream
- 1 tsp.
pure vanilla extract
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 350º. Line a 9"-x-9" baking dish with parchment paper and grease with cooking spray. Prepare brownie batter according to package instructions and pour into prepared pan.
- Step 2Bake until brownie is almost set, 18 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven and press Kit Kats gently into brownies making two evenly spaced rows of Kit Kats. Let cool. Reduce oven to 325°.
- Step 3In a large bowl using a hand mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well between each addition. Add sour cream and vanilla and beat until combined.
- Step 4Pour cheesecake mixture over brownie crust.
- Step 5Bake until center of cheesecake only slightly jiggles, about 45 minutes. Turn off heat, prop open oven door, and let cheesecake cool in oven, 1 hour, then refrigerate cheesecake in pan until firm, at least 5 hours and up to overnight.
