Ingredients
- 3/4 cup dry red lentils, (for 1 1/2 cups cooked lentils)
- 1 tsp. curry powder
Directions
- Step 1Rinse lentils and soak in water for 5 minutes.
- Step 2Cook over high heat for 20 minutes, or until soft. Season with curry powder, and serve.
