This dip is KILLER. We were so excited about this dip and using the biscuits as "buns". And we still don't know what it is about the special sauce but it just makes everything SO GOOD.

Ingredients
For special sauce
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. yellow mustard
- 1 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. pickle relish
- 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
For the filling
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 (8-oz.) blocks cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar, divided
For buns
- 1 (16.3-oz.) can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
For topping
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 white onion, diced
- 1/2 cup pickle chips
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 350° and grease an oven safe skillet with cooking spray.
- Step 2Make special sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients until smooth.
- Step 3 Make filling: In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink, 7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Drain grease then transfer meat to a large mixing bowl.
- Step 4 Add cream cheese, 1 cup of cheddar, and all but ¼ cup of special sauce to ground beef and stir to combine.
- Step 5Make buns: Cut each biscuit in half and roll into a ball. Place in prepared skillet in a ring. Brush each biscuit with butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Step 6Spoon dip inside of ring and top with remaining ½ cup of cheddar.
- Step 7 Bake until biscuits are golden and cheese is melty, about 30 minutes.
- Step 8 Garnish dip with shredded lettuce, white onion, and pickles. Drizzle remaining ¼ cup of special sauce on top.
