Every good barbecue deserves a good corn on the cob. Luckily, grilling corn couldn't be easier. It takes three simple steps. So go ahead and offer to bring the corn to the next backyard get-together because perfectly grilled corn is about to be your specialty.
1. Preheat the grill.
Crank your grill up to high and let it get nice and hot. While the grill is heating, shuck your corn by removing all of the green husks.
2. Grill the corn.
Place corn directly on your grill grates. Rotate corn every 3 to 4 minutes or until dark grill marks are achieved — 10 to 12 minutes total.
3. Slather with butter.
As soon as the corn comes off the grill, brush all over with butter — bonus points if it's salted butter — and sprinkle with some coarse salt.
Told you it was easy.
