Ingredients
- 8 oz.
lo mein noodles
- 1 Tbsp.
canola oil
- 1
head broccoli, cut into small florets
- 1
red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 lb.
boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1" pieces
- 1 cup
snow peas
- 1 cup
carrot, peeled and grated
- 1/4 cup
hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup
low-sodium soy sauce
Directions
- Step 1Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain.
- Step 2In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add broccoli and bell pepper and cook until tender, 7 minutes. Stir in chicken and cook until golden and no longer pink, 8 minutes.
- Step 3Add cooked noodles, snow peas, carrots, hoisin sauce, and soy sauce and toss to combine.
