Ingredients
- 3
avocados, halved with pits removed
Juice of 1 lime
- 2/3 cup
mayo
- 2 Tbsp.
Sriracha
- 1 Tbsp.
rice vinegar
- 2 tsp.
soy sauce
- 3
(5-oz.) cans tuna, drained
- 2
green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp.
black and white sesame seeds
Directions
- Step 1Squeeze lime juice over avocado halves. Scoop out bigger wells from each half, leaving a small border. Chop removed avocado and set aside.
- Step 2In a medium bowl, whisk together mayo, Sriracha, rice vinegar, and soy sauce. Fold in tuna, green onions, and reserved avocado.
- Step 3Spoon tuna mixture into avocados and garnish with sesame seeds and a drizzle of Sriracha.
