Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese, plus more for garnish
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- Dash Worcestershire sauce
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup finely chopped chives
Directions
- Step 1Make dressing: In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, blue cheese, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Step 2Assemble dippers: Cut iceberg lettuce into small wedges and place on large serving platter. Drizzle dressing over each wedge then sprinkle bacon and chives on top.
- Step 3Serve with extra dressing for dipping.
