If you're looking for an easy dessert that's equally as adorable as it is delicious, then these lemon cheesecake mousse cups are a must at your next party. Filled with a buttery graham cracker base, creamy lemon mousse, and whipped cream, these cups look decadent, but because of their bright flavors and mini size, you might have trouble eating just one. The best part? Because of their chill time, you can totally make these the night beforehand, then recover and refrigerate until they're set and ready to serve.
