Blood Orange Frosé

We believe boozy slushies are great any time of the year. For this frosé, we used blood oranges, which are in season from December through April. Better get 'em before they're gone.

Ingredients
- 6 Sunkist Blood Oranges
- 1 750-mL bottle rosé, chilled
- 1/4 cup vodka
- 2 cups ice
- Sunkist Blood Orange cut into rounds, for rimming glasses and garnishing
- sugar, for rims
Directions
- Step 1Using a chef’s knife, cut off ends of a blood orange. Set orange flat side down on cutting board, and carefully cut off orange peel. Cut out orange sections and set aside. Repeat with remaining oranges.
- Step 2In a blender, combine half the rosé, half the oranges, and half the vodka. Add ice and blend until slushy. (If mixture is too watery, add more ice and continue blending.) Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Step 3Rim glasses with a blood orange slice and dip in sugar to coat. Garnish with blood orange round before serving.
