This sauce is great on ice cream, cheesecake, or panna cotta. Almost anything creamy makes a great base for this juicy, tart, and fruity topping.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 2 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
Directions
- Step 1In a medium to small sauce pan, add all of the above ingredients together and simmer for about 10-15 minutes, until the juices of the berries have released and made a sauce.
- Step 2Refrigerate before serving.
