These meaty, flavorful ribs require only a few ingredients — including Donald Link's Texas Campfire Dry Rub — and a long, slow roast at a low temperature to keep them moist and tender.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 rack St. Louis-style ribs
- 1/4 cup Texas Campfire Dry Rub
- 1/2 cup beer
Directions
- Step 1Season ribs generously with spice rub on both sides.
- Step 2Lay ribs in a large piece of foil with sides up and pour in the beer. Form a pocket with the foil and bake at 325 degrees F for 2 1/2 hours.
- Step 3Remove ribs from oven and let cool. Cut ribs so they are all in one-bone pieces.
- Step 4Grill pieces over medium-high heat for about 5 to 7 minutes on each side until they are golden brown. Serves as is or with your favorite barbecue sauce.
