This quick and easy appetizer of grilled, herb-scented pork is a great dish to kick off your next barbecue.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. pork sirloin
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Black pepper
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp. fresh chopped thyme
- 8 wooden skewers
Directions
- Step 1Cut the pork into ten 1 1/2-ounce rectangle-shaped pieces. Season pork with salt, pepper, paprika, oil, and fresh thyme. Place pork under plastic wrap and pound into thin rectangle pieces.
- Step 2Weave the pork pieces onto the wooden skewers to fill the skewers, not too crowded, but some curling will be necessary (see video).
- Step 3Grill over high heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side. Place skewers on a platter and coat with Alabama White BBQ Sauce.
- Step 4Serve as appetizers at your next cook out.
