Homemade kale chips is the easiest healthy snack we've ever made. Toss it with any of your favorite seasonings or keep them simple with salt and pepper. We tossed ours with ranch seasoning because we are obsessed with anything cool ranch. It's a snack you can eat mindlessly without ever feeling an ounce of guilt.

Ingredients

large bunch curly kale, washed
- 1 Tbsp.
extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp.
ranch seasoning
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Pinch crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 275°. Dry kale with paper towels as thoroughly as possible. Strip kale from stems and tear into large pieces.
- Step 2Spread evenly across two large baking sheets and toss with oil and ranch seasoning. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- Step 3Bake until crisp, 20 minutes, rotating pans halfway through.
- Step 4Chips will keep stored in an airtight container for 2 days.
