A few weeks ago, we freaked out after spotting the Strawberry Cheesecakeadilla. It was the perfect food mashup: a dessert quesadilla—golden, crispy tortillas sandwiching sweetened cream cheese and topped with a strawberry sauce. And one so genius that, as true believers that cheesecake makes everything better, we had to try the technique for ourselves.
We made four cheesecakeadilla flavors: Chocolate Strawberry, Raspberry Nutella, Caramel Apple (we've got fall fever; we can't help it), and Oreo. Feast your eyes on the results, then go whip up one of these 10-minute treats.
