1Oreo Bark
Ethan CalabreseLike a Hershey's Cookies 'N Cream bar fit for a king. Simply pour melted white chocolate into a parchment-lined square pan and top with crushed Oreos. Transfer to the fridge to let set, 20 minutes, then break into pieces.
2Layered Frozen Oreo Pops
Ethan CalabreseWe're huge fans of using Dixie cups for pops—and these couldn't be easier: Place one Oreo cookie facedown on the bottom of the cup. Pour in a mixture of equal parts prepared whipped topping and heavy cream, then layer with crushed Oreos; repeat until cup is almost completely filled. Stick in a straw or wooden popsicle stick and freeze until solid, 3 hours.

5Oreo Cookie Butter
Ethan CalabreseBlend a sleeve of Oreos with some coconut oil (about 1/4 cup melted) in a food processor for long enough (a few minutes) and—voila!—you have a slather-worthy Oreo spread for strawberries or toast.
6Chocolate-Dipped Oreo Pops
Ethan CalabreseIf you're into the idea of cake pops but don't actually want to labor over them, the Oreo pop is for you: First, open the Oreo and stick a straw or popsicle stick on top. Sandwich the Oreo, then dip in white chocolate and sprinkle with non-pareils. Transfer to a parchment- or wax paper-lined baking sheet and let set.

7Bacon-Wrapped Oreos
Ethan CalabreseWe couldn't help but try this—and they were surprisingly delish. Just as you would with a date or dried fig, wrap half a slice of bacon around an Oreo and bake at 400 degrees F until bacon is crispy, 15 to 20 minutes.
