You've probably never had too much of a problem getting your kids to eat pizza (unless it's covered in veggies), but we found a way to get them to love it even more. It involves waffles, so you know we're telling the truth, here.
Homemade pizza is an effort, and feeding your kiddos frozen pizza or calling the delivery guy on the regs isn't exactly the healthiest option, but this hack makes pizza night (or morning?) way easier, and TBH, a lot more fun. We're making pizza waffles and life has never been better.
GET A WAFFLE IRON: Waring Pro Waffle Maker, $30; amazon.com.
It sounds complicated, but it actually only takes about 15 minutes. Add biscuit dough to your preheated waffle iron, top with a layer of mozzarella, a spoonful of pizza sauce, and some pepperoni. Sprinkle with Parmesan, top with another layer of biscuit dough, and cook until golden.
Is it breakfast? Is it a snack? Is it dinner? It's anything they want it to be! Dare to dream, kids.
