Everything bagels are the best kind—not onion, egg, cinnamon raisin or rainbow. The name says it all. That garlicky mix of poppy and sesame seeds is, well, everything. It's so good that it shouldn't be confined to just breakfast. We want to eat it all day everyday.

We took all the classic seasonings and mixed them into the other best part of a bagel—the cream cheese. I promise you will not miss the chewy circular bread because this dip tastes good on just about anything. Bagel chips are the obvious choice, but we especially loved pretzel chips and matzo. That's right. If you're keeping passover, you can still get your everything bagel fix.
