Cheeseburger Mac & Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Medium Onion, Diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 16 oz. ground beef
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 cups beef broth
- 16 oz. Elbow Noodles
- 4 cups mixed cheese blend, shredded (Monterey Jack and Cheddar combo)
Directions
- Step 1Heat olive oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic, stir until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Step 2Add ground beef to skillet and season generously with salt and pepper. Add tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce, mixing well into beef. Cook until beef is browned, 8 to 10 minutes.
- Step 3Pour beef broth into skillet and bring to a simmer. Add elbow noodles and let simmer until the noodles are cooked, 15 to 20 minutes.
- Step 4Before serving, stir in shredded cheese until melted.
- Step 5Garnish with parsley.
