Doritos are just one of those foods that you could eat forever and never get sick of. Something about the salty savoriness of Cool Ranch Doritos is totally addictive, and it's pretty impossible not to eat the whole bag. Our favorite chips have made appearances in recipes for these pretzels and these tacos, in addition to being part of Chrissy Teigen's diet and (arguably) the best menu item at Taco Bell

Now, thanks to Carpe Season, we've finally found an amazing recipe for homemade Cool Ranch Doritos. If you've ever looked at the nutrition label on a bag of Doritos, you'll find a long list of unpronounceable ingredients that don't really sound like food. This recipe uses only corn tortillas, a handful of spices, and olive oil for a practically guilt-free version of this classic snack.

All you have to do is slice round corn tortillas into triangles, brush them with olive oil, and bake for around ten minutes—just until they're lightly browned and crispy. For the seasoning, mix together ranch seasoning, onion powder, paprika, garlic salt, and a spoonful of powdered white cheddar.

Spray the chips with olive oil spray on both sides, then put them in a plastic bag or container with the seasoning. Shake gently until the chips are coated, and enjoy while they're still warm from the oven. Try not to eat the whole batch.
