With Thanksgiving coming, we've got you covered with all of the best stuffing recipes, the most amazing desserts, and of course, edible decorations like these adorable chocolate pine cones.  We think these Pumpkin Dinner Rolls are equally as cute, and will definitely add a wow-factor to your dinner table.

This recipe from As Easy As Apple Pie uses fresh pumpkin that's baked and then pureed, but canned pumpkin would work just fine. Another shortcut would be using frozen bread dough rather than making your own and waiting for it to rise. The pumpkin gives these rolls a subtle fall flavor that will perfectly compliment any Thanksgiving feast.

Kitchen string is the secret to getting that perfect pumpkin shape, and is probably the most time consuming part of this recipe. After forming small balls of dough, tie a piece of string to form eight segments ... kind of like tying the ribbon of a Christmas present.

They'll only take about 20 minutes to bake, and when they're golden brown, top each one with a pecan slice "stem" (and don't forget to remove the kitchen string!). Say good-bye to boring dinner rolls of the past, and let these be the star of your Thanksgiving.
