We're pretty s'mores crazy over here at Delish. How can anything with chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers go wrong? Whether it's a skillet brownie or a decadent nachos plate, we've determined that s'mores recipes can only go right. We are also really against deciding between desserts. To avoid that gut-wrenching decision, we turn to dishes like this triple combination cake and this insane layered Thanksgiving pie. So when we found this brilliant mash-up that combines two of our favorite things—red velvet brownies and gooey s'mores—into one delicious dessert, we almost lost our minds.

How Sweet It Is

The most involved part of this recipe is making the brownies, especially if you're used to baking from boxed mixes. Luckily, the recipe is pretty straight forward, and all the "red velvet" part requires is adding some food coloring. Mixing chocolate chips into the batter will make these brownies extra gooey and decadent. The crust is an easy mixture of melted butter and graham cracker crumbs, but we're definitely feeling open to a pie version of this dessert using a pre-made crust. Switching it up with chocolate graham crackers could also be a game changer.

Spread the brownie batter on to your crust, and bake for around half an hour. Before they're baked all the way through, top the brownies with spoonfuls of marshmallow fluff and jumbo marshmallows, and then broil for 15 minutes until they're a s'more-worthy golden brown. You're gonna need a fork.
