Half Baked Harvest's recipe for these apple pie-stuffed pretzels requires making your own bread dough with yeast, but if you're short on time, you can substitute a store-bought dough like Pillsbury pizza crust. We even used crescent roll dough for this apple recipe, which did not disappoint.

The filling for the pretzels is pretty straightforward. All you have to do is combine chopped apples, cinnamon, brown sugar, butter, and nutmeg in a hot skillet. Once the apples are caramelized, add dark rum and vanilla, and soak up that incredible apple pie smell while everything simmers for a few more minutes. Whether you decide to use homemade or readymade dough, roll it out into rectangles and spoon a row of the apple filling on each one. The recipe has super-helpful instructions for shaping the dough into classic twisted pretzels, which will take around 25 minutes in the oven.
