Chocolate-covered frozen bananas are the perfect middle ground for when you really want a fully loaded, yes-all-this-is-just-for-one-person sundae...but you want to be healthy, too. Or healthy-ish.

After all, the dessert is about 80 percent banana. With a liberal coating of chocolate. And some toppings of your choice, which could theoretically be healthy too (hey, nuts have protein and dark chocolate is good for your heart, according to an Australian study). Though, honestly, let's be real here: How can you look at a chocolate-covered banana bejeweled with crushed M&Ms and not want that?!

The best part, though, is how ridiculously easy they are to make. Just put bananas on kabob skewers, freeze them for a few hours, dip in melted chocolate, and sprinkle with the toppings that make your inner child shriek like a tween at a Taylor Swift concert.
