I'm referring to the one and only Key Lime Pie. Nothing compares to this summertime sensation. This week, I'm encouraging you to whip up my recipe for teeny tiny individual key lime pies so 1. you can indulge in more than one—and have it be perfectly acceptable and 2. impress your dessert-loving guests without slaving away in the kitchen. Seriously!
Here's a quick key lime tip: If you don't live in paradise, key limes might be a little hard to find at the store. That's OK! I use store-bought key lime juice all the time. I usually find it in the juice aisle and it tastes just like the real thing.
