You may have tried Butterbeer on your last trip to Universal Studios, but have you ever had pumpkin juice? This sweet and spicy drink is a staple on any ride aboard the Hogwarts Express, and served at every meal in the Great Hall of Hogwarts Castle. You could plan a trip to Los Angeles or Orlando to get your hands on a bottle, but you can easily make it at home with just a few ingredients.
In the Harry Potter series, pumpkin juice is traditionally served over ice for a refreshing drink that screams fall; however, you could also warm this up in a mug for something more cozy. Pumpkin juice can be stored in the fridge for up to 1 week—just give it a good stir before you serve.
