As the name suggests, the major flavor in this recipe, which comes to us from Sommer Collier over at A Spicy Perspective, is the strong, sweet-tart Italian lemon liqueur that's popular as a digestivo (you know, an aperitif, or after-dinner drink). Collier sweetens it up with a bit of simple syrup and adds a fresh mint leaf for textural interest and a pop of fresh flavor. Booze never looked so beautiful!
