Gone are the days when the magical blend of sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried onion, dried garlic, and salt was reserved for bagels. These days, you can find it anywhere—popcorn, focaccia, even pasta. It's not a trend we expect (or want) to go away anytime soon. Sure, you could buy a bottle. But for less money and zero effort, you can make your own. The best part is that it's easy to adapt to your liking. Us? We like ours on the saltier side with a mix of black and white sesame seeds.
