Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup

    pineapple wedges, divided

  • 1/4 cup

    pineapple juice orange sanding sugar

  • 1 cup

    orange juice

  • 1 cup

    pineapple juice bottle champagne (or prosecco)

  • 1/2 cup

    sliced strawberries

Directions

    1. Step 1Run a pineapple wedge around the rim of each glass. Pour sanding sugar into a shallow bowl, then dip top of each glass in sanding sugar. 
    2. Step 2Fill each glass about a quarter full with orange juice, then add pineapple juice until juice comes up about halfway. Top each glass with champagne. 
    3. Step 3Garnish glasses with strawberries and pineapples.
