Chloe Zale

Chloe Zale is a recipe developer, cooking instructor, and cookbook collaborator. She received her culinary degree from the International Culinary Center and her undergraduate degree from Yale. Prior to culinary school, she wore a number of professional hats, including strategy consultant, opera singer, and cheesemonger. She is a lifelong New Yorker and currently lives in the West Village with her husband Matt and teddy bear dog, Wayland.
