About Me: As the Deputy Recipe Editor at Delish, Jill manages the food production team and edits for accuracy and readability for all Delish recipes online and in print. She enjoys learning about the incredibly creative and brilliant recipes the Test Kitchen comes up with every day and helps edit them to make cooking them at home as seamless, fun, and foolproof as possible. In previous roles, she learned a lot about food at Food52, Food Network, Bon Appétit, and Epicurious, and has over 15+ years of recipe and copyediting experience. She lives in New Jersey and loves being close to family, the shore, and fresh corn and tomatoes during the summertime. But since she grew up in Pittsburgh, she’ll always put fries on her salad and forever be a Steelers fan.
