With over 20 years working in food, Rob has developed and maintained relationships with some of the most noteworthy names in the industry. As the former Director of Education at the French Culinary Institute, Rob has collaborated with several of the world’s foremost chefs, including Jose Andres, Jacques Pepin, and Dan Barber, and supervised the curriculum development and education for thousands of students. He was the Vice President of Culinary/Video at Lobster Ink, South Africa, spearheading the company's culinary video programming in collaboration with the Culinary Institute of America. He was a senior editor at Zagat and the Director of Culinary Education at Homes for the Homeless, where he developed a culinary curriculum and training modules for residents of homeless shelters in NYC. Rob’s expertise shines as a food critic, and he has appeared on shows such as Food That Built America (Season 5), America's Most Delish: Midwest Edition, and most recently on Gordon Ramsay's hit series, Food Stars.
