About Me: As the Director of Community & Audience Development at Delish, Julia oversees the social and membership teams. She focuses on viral video content creation, optimizing feature stories for Delish’s massive audience, and creating high-quality content that keeps subscribers coming back for seconds (and maybe thirds!). Julia joined the launch team at Delish in 2017 and has worked across departments as the Associate Social Media Editor, Senior Video Strategist, and Director of Video. She’s a popular YouTube personality for Delish and best known for hosting “Julia Tries Everything”—the show where Julia goes to America's favorite chain restaurants and tries the entire menu, ranking the top items with over 100M views globally. She’s a Webby Award-winning producer and video director, growing Delish’s YouTube page to over 1 million subscribers in under two years, she managed the Delish Facebook page, growing the audience from 12M followers to 20M, and the Instagram account from 500,000 followers to 2 million followers. She cultivated talent for digital-first video series including Iconic Eats, the Webby-award-winning Budget Eats, Royal Eats, and Presidential Eats along with over a dozen other series. Julia also created the hit show, Suck It Up, a sour candy celebrity interview show, with over 50M views across platforms. She often travels home to Maryland for the best crab cakes, or San Diego for the best tacos. In her free time, she volunteers with New York Therapy Animals with her handsome Keeshond, Gus.
