<p>• 2 cups whole-wheat pastry flour<br /> • 1 teaspoon baking powder<br /> • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda<br /> • 1/4 teaspoon salt<br /> • 4 tablespoons butter, at room temperature<br /> • 1/2 cup packed light-brown sugar<br /> • 1 large egg<br /> • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract<br /> • 3/4 cup plain or vanilla 0% Greek yogurt<br /> • 1 cup favorite cereal<br /> • Milk, for dipping</p>
<p>1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.<br /> 2. In large bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.<br /> 3. Beat butter and brown sugar with mixer on medium 2 minutes, or until light and fluffy. Beat in egg until combined, scraping down bowl as needed. Beat in vanilla and Greek yogurt until smooth. Turn off mixer. Add dry ingredients, then mix on medium-low speed until just combined.<br /> 4. Scoop rounded tablespoonfuls dough onto parchment-lined cookie sheets. Bake 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden. Transfer to wire racks to cool. Serve with milk for dipping.</p>
