Ingredients
- 1/4 cup
olive oil
- 16
sprigs thyme
- 1 lb.
sweet mini peppers
- 2
(6.5 oz.) containers Alouette Garlic & Herbs Soft Spreadable Cheese
- 1/4 cup
spicy honey
Flaky salt
Directions
- Step 1Heat the oil in a small pot over medium until it shimmers but is not quite smoking, about 3 minutes. Carefully add the thyme sprigs, swirling the pot to ensure even cooking. When sputtering slows and the thyme leaves are bright green, remove and transfer to a paper-towel-lined plate. Turn off the heat and let cool; set aside.
- Step 2Cut each pepper in half lengthwise. Remove and discard ribs and seeds.
- Step 3In a medium bowl, stir Alouette Garlic & Herbs Spreadable Cheese until smooth. Scoop about 1 tablespoon into each pepper half and transfer to a serving dish.
- Step 4When all the peppers are filled, top with the fried thyme leaves. Drizzle with spicy honey, then with the reserved thyme-infused oil. Sprinkle with flaky salt and serve.
