Leticia Moreinos Schwartz

After a B.A in Economics in Brazil, Leticia moved to New York City and enrolled at the French Culinary Institute, where she graduated from the Culinary & Pastry Arts programs. She worked at Le Cirque, La Caravelle, and La Grenouille in NYC. She later studied journalism and is the author of three cookbooks. She was an NBC correspondent for the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio and worked with Merck as the spokesperson for a healthy living campaign. She is currently earing a master's degree in communication at Fairfield University.
